Under 4 minutes left, up 6 points, 2nd and 7, averaging 5 yards a carry in the game, great field position (so you can punt and pin them deep if you don't get the 1st), and what do we do? We throw, of course! And, lose the game AND our franchise quarterback in that one stupid, assenine play!

Assinine play call plus a really bad judgment by McNabb. Don't get me wrong when I say this b/c I'm glad we have a QB like McNabb - however I'm not sure #5 is ever going to become a great QB - he'll have a very good career, but doesn't seem to be developing well in the pocket or in pressure situations. He has been choking in a lot of crucial situations - lots of weird fumbles and forced throws for INTs. Some of this has to do with the terrible, God awful WRs they stuck him with for the last 5 years, but it mainly has to do with him acting panicked in crunch time...for contrast, see Brady during those situations: composed, methodical, conservative, and successful. I feel bad for McNabb for the pressure off the field he's had to endure, especially this year.
