Guess TO and Reid got into it at a meeting. TO is gone.

It'll be interesting to learn what really happened here. So far I read that the dispute was about him not practicing with the team, but then I read that the dispute was about him refusing to sign autographs. I read that he stormed out on his own, and also that he was asked to leave by Reid. Who knows. Hard to imagine a scenario where T.O. has the high ground tho...

It sure seems like he's been a jerk throughout camp, and ever since the SB really. Just the (reported) fact that he hasn't really even been talking to anyone, including teammates (and DMac, unsurprisingly) is a problem and hard to view as anything but T.O. being a baby. I find that his behavior is both astonishing and typical at the same time.

I started giving him the benefit of the doubt when he showed up to camp, but now I see that I was probably wrong. He needs to go

G Cobb said some interesting things on WIP tonight... Including that he thinks T.O. will ultimately back down, since he has no options. (Of course, that assumes T.O. will act logically, which doesn't seem like a reasonable assumption at this point). G suggested that the team leaders may have to get together and speak to T.O., and tell him that they don't have anything to do with his contract, but if he is going to be a part of the team, he's gotta get his act together. That sounds like a good plan, but who knows what will happen...

G also said that he thinks that there might have been a misunderstanding about what happened today -- that T.O. was told to workout by the trainers, and Reid thought T.O. was just doing it on his own. And G further suggested that T.O.'s response to the whole thing was somewhat tempered, almost implying that T.O. is on the way to dealing with the problems more maturely. But still, I also got the impression that G was very critical of the way T.O. has been acting.

...Or at least that's what I took from the parts of what he said on the radio.

It's been a very surreal off season, that much is certain.
